The column names don’t have to be exact, because in step 2 ‘Mapping’, we will match the site field with the CSV file field. Affiliate logs in. Click ‘My Account’ in the top menu. Click ‘Import Bidders’ tab. Click ‘Choose File’ and find the CSV file of bidder data to upload. Click the ‘Upload’ button On the ‘Mapping’ screen, the left column shows the columns from my CSV file. The right column shows drop-down fields with all of the available fields we can map to. Using the drop-down fields, choose the column that matches the first column in file. After choosing the correct column from the drop-down, click the ‘Map’ button next to the drop-down, to lock in that mapping. Repeat this process for all columns in file. Then, click ‘Upload’. You will receive any message about missing required fields, if any. If errors are received, click ‘Cancel’, fix the errors, and start over. If successful, you will receive a status page/message. If a record isn’t imported – the reason will be listed.
